I have started work since my last post and things are going well. I really like my labmates. Here are some new piccies from our travels.

Playground in Glasgow
This is pretty much the most awesome playground I've ever seen. As fas as I could tell the playground is open to the public of all ages.

Drying Green in Glasgow
Before water was piped into homes laundry was done in communal washing houses. These poles were used in Victorian times for drying clothes. The sign says that they were used up until the 1970's.

This picture was taken after a successful outting for the Scottish Football Team. Only the 'hat' was there before the game.
